Surface finishing of additive components

The requirements for the quality of the surfaces are as individual as every component.

We offer you various options for surface treatment of additively manufactured components. In addition to sanding, coloring and painting, we also offer various special coatings, such as ESD coatings on.

All surface treatments are also available individually as a service for existing components.

Varnishing

Chemical smoothing

Chemical smoothing creates homogeneous and smooth surfaces for additive components. This is particularly important in the food and medical sectors, as there is greater washability and an inhibition of bacterial formation.
